The car we purchased needed over $3K in repairs, including things they said their mechanic looked at before we purchased the vehicle. We felt lied to and manipulated and fairly disgusted that they insisted on saying of one of them was a pastor, as if it would get them more belieability. Our salesman noticed tension between my daughter and he dad and without knowing why, he proceeded to tell my Catholic daughter that she needed to forgive her dad so she could be right with God. If we hadn't been so far into our sale, I would have gotten up and left. We had to replace the valve cover ($1800) and several other things like the transmission control module. They claim their mechanic hooks the cars up to a machine to gather codes about what's wrong with all their vehicles. Our Jeep dealership's mechanic said it has to have been been a straight out lie because multiple serious codes were given when the dealership hooked it up. Same thing at Autozone...and they BOTH said our first mistake was buying from THAT dealership. I can only hope they leave Bucyrus before ripping off too many more people, like my 19 year old pre-existing daughter.
HORRIBLE PLACE!!! VERY RUDE AND DISCRIMINATING!!! Especially the GM JEFF. My husband and I wanted to buy a truck from them. I was calling them since last week. Had spoken to one of the partners and everything was all set. We cancelled our day at work to go and pick up on Saturday. I decided to place a down payment. Called to see if everything was all set and the partner that I was speaking to wasn’t there so this RUDE GENERAL MANAGER answered and everything went left. Raised the price. And spoke to us like we were kids and were scammers. WORST PLACE. NEVER been so disrespected as a costumer. DON’T GO HERE!!!
