Not liking the service and went to pay my bill at the store yesterday and they had the doors locked at 6:30 they dont close til 7 and the guy was sitting out in his car

Only giving 1 star because 0 was not and option! Salesman / manager was very rude . Service in wooster sucks for boost mobile. Research and you'll see even their 4G network downloads at a fraction of the speed as everyone else!!! Don't get sucked in to a lie. Research before going here!!
Very good customer service not satisfied with the phone tho. I feel they should help replace phone if customer not satisfied with giving them the phone they want cause they already paid for a phone.
