I have been buying things from Aaron's for the last three years . Very friendly staff and very helpful just went through a new management situation and got new people up there but so far they seem as friendly as the last ones I don't really know much about them yet but the store is clean prices can be a little bit lower for sure for the kind of area they're in.
What the **** is going on with this store? Sounds like they are all running around like chickens with their heads cut off.. we have been renting from there for a year now and they just want to run us around in circles one person says that they are going to take care of all the trouble they have been causing us and discount our payment because we have been renting damaged furniture for over a year and habe tried to get it fixed multiple time then a week later that person doesnt work there????!!!!

We went to this location because the Marion store didn't have what I was looking for. But while at the Marion store we had our already in-contract furniture transferred from a Columbus store(because we recently moved up here)...anyways we found a couch that we wanted to trade our couch in for at the Bucyrus store. They call the Marion store to I guess be sure were customers?, have the GM transfer our info there? The worker says their manager isn't there, GM says our name and situation. They first were on speakerphone and the guy says "yea they were in here the other day...(he quickly takes him off speakerphone). This Bucyrus GM (DJ) says we can't have anything done until you go to Marion store and ask for this specific couch here. ***he didn't even try to do anything else*** the store we were at in Columbus is much nicer. Its almost worth the hour+ drive to get the service that should be given to customers.
