They got me into a new phone and switched everything. Some of these reviews are a tad harsh. I've worked in this field before, and it's rough. At the end of the day they are just folks trying to make a living, give em a break :)
Always trying to sell you something you don't want
This place is a joke. Constantly changing employees and each one tells you different. Left Verizon for sprint and it was a huge mistake. It has been nothing but a headache since. Very miss leasing on prices and charges. I ended up pay more than before. They also claim to pay off your contract, which is a joke. They will pay a portion. You're final bill from Verizon is 1100 they might pay 200. Terrible place.
