We enjoy getting tasty treats at our Bucyrus Tim Hortons! Think twice about ordering more than drinks at the drive thru, orders are often wrong. Wish they had non dairy options. Fun, friendly place!
Almost everytime I go here, my order is messed up whether they are busy or not. Good coffee and food, need to work on their fulfilling orders correctly.
Not the greatest morning service but the food is good and the store is clean. As for customer service, you can do better guys!
The barista was exemplary from the moment we entered, offering my friend who had a cough some water straight away. The muffin, fabulous; drinks perfect, albeit the coffee had been strong, the barista helped to make it tolerable for my friend at no extra charge. The atmosphere here, quiet. Delightfully pleasant experience overall.
Everything about Tim Hortons is delicious. The only reason it is getting a 4/5 is the service we received was not really good. They messed up our order twice. The food and coffee however was great.
